BODY SUSHI
What started centuries ago by decorating the body of famous Geishas in Japan, body sushi is a novelty phenomenon sweeping the country, being launched in Los Angeles approximately three years ago. Oriented to elite crowds and extravagant parties, a sushi chef works in a private dining location, setting out an elegant meal on a beautiful model. The model remains still throughout the duration of the dinner as diners carefully select sushi off the "human bar". Small, stylish clothing articles are worn under leaves and flowers which the sushi is set atop. Body sushi is a clean and unique experience combining the finesse and art of the body with culinary art.
